Dear Alger Oil,
I had a service call this AM at 8:30AM for service of my heater and AC unit.
Your service man, I believe his name was (Ed) arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. He proceeded to do his job being very clean and letting me know improvements I could make; to make my life better and his job more effectively. He was kind, was not a talking person but made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my AC & heater.
I, as a senior citizen appreciate his knowledge, punctuality, and a job well done. Above and beyond what I had expected. He is a employee you should be proud of.
