Each year I buy a service contract on my oil furnace. This year Ed serviced my furnace. On a scale of 1–10 I would rate him a "12." He was on time, very polite and professional.
Ed took his time and did what I believe is an excellent job. I would hope that next year Ed services my AC/heat.

Dear Alger Team,
Thank you so much for always being available in emergency situations (this past week's flooded basement). I thought my water pressure tank was leaking, and Martin's was coming out to change my water filters, so I had them check it out. The young man discovered a leak in my heater's copper pipe. I quickly called Alger!
Soon, Ed was at my door and he quickly solved the problem.
Would you please express my thanks to Ed for taking the time to also give me good advice in the purchase of my next heater and boilers. He's served my husband, myself, our home and heater for years, and I'm so grateful for all the good service.
