I was just down in the cellar watching Steve do his skilled work for the latest tech visit in ump-teen years. We always ask for Steve , as he has worked on the heater all these years and kept it in tip top shape. We asked for him to come for this appointment. We depend on him and we learn from him about oil and heaters. There’s always something he adds to help the customer. We knew he’d be on target again today and he was! He “heard” the problem and solved it immediately. Done & done! Outstanding tech at Alger!
